FAQ

What people ask before we start.

Is the audit really free?

Yes. We review your server and send you the full report with a score and findings. If you want us to fix it, we send you a proposal; if not, the report is still yours.

Do I have to change hosts?

No. We work on your current VPS or dedicated server. If your provider lacks proper DDoS protection, we'll tell you and suggest options, but the decision is yours.

What access do you need?

For the audit, read-only access to the panel or files is enough. For maintenance, a dedicated user with limited permissions that you can revoke at any time. We never ask for your personal password.

What if I get hit by a DDoS attack?

A large attack can't be stopped from inside the server: it has to be stopped before it arrives. We put your server behind the right protection with the real IP hidden, and on the Network plan we stay with you during the attack alongside your host.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime. Software projects are quoted with fixed scope and price.

Which languages do you work in?

English, Spanish and Portuguese. We communicate by email and Discord, in the language you prefer.
